The skills to save a child’s life is an absolute necessity for new & seasoned parents. We’re pleased to offer this class specifically designed for parents taught by a certified American Heart Association instructor & former firefighter/EMT Bill Simas. You’ll learn CPR, choke-saving techniques, how to use an AED, 1st aid & use of an Epi-Pen. Bill encourages questions & is happy to show tips. Light lunch is provided.

Hatha yoga is a total health system that balances the body, mind, and spirit. Each class will include postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to help promote healing from within. This class works well for all levels. No Yoga experience required.
This class incorporated a chair for those that suffer from chronic pain. Receive relief on a deeper level. The class consists of supported postures by use of a chair as well as floor postures. Yoga for Chronic Pain is designed to help relax, stretch, relieve pain, calm the mind and promote healing from within.

Restorative Yoga & Reiki: 2 hours Date: 10/18 at 2pm $40
This class is designed to use the benefits of both Reiki and Restorative Yoga to relieve pain and stress, promote healing from within, and deepen relaxation.
Prenatal Yoga: 90 mins 2nd and 4th Saturday at 9am. (Starting 11/14)
Prenatal Yoga is a designed to build strength and flexibility, reduce stress and tension, increase energy, and improve overall relaxation. A variety of breathing techniques are also used to promote calmness and focus to help reduce the shortness of breath that can occur during pregnancy. These techniques are often used to help ease labor and delivery. Prenatal Yoga can be practice throughout an entire pregnancy.
