How do I sign up to begin earning and using Gratitude Points?
Simply register an account with us with your name, phone number and email address and be sure to check out at the register using your account vs. checking out as an anonymous guest.

How do I earn points?
It’s easy. Simply purchase services and retail items from our Spa Boutique as you normally would and you will earn 100 points for every dollar spent. So if you spend $90 on a massage, you will earn 9000 points for that purchase.

Some exceptions apply including taxes, gratuity and gift card purchases. You will not earn points for taxes or leaving a gratuity. If you buy a gift card, you will earn 1000 points regardless of the dollar amount you spend on the gift card. For example, if you buy a $10 gift card or a $100 gift card, you will still earn 1000 points.

Will I earn 100 points for every dollar spent on a gift card purchase?
No. If you buy a gift card, you will earn 1000 points regardless of the dollar amount you spend on the gift card. For example, if you buy a $10 gift card or a $100 gift card, you will still earn 1000 points.

Can I earn points on the gratuity I leave?
No. You will not earn points on any additional amounts given as a gratuity. For example, if you paid $110 for a facial and left a $25 tip, only the $110 you paid for the facial would earn points, and the $25 gratuity would not earn any points.

How can I redeem my points?
When you have accumulated enough points for a specific reward, you may redeem your points at the register. Just let us know if you have points you would like to use.

How do I know how many points I have accumulated?
Your points can be found on your account page, or ask us and we’ll be happy to let you know.

Can I earn points on my monthly membership?
Yes. You earn points on your monthly massage membership the same way customers who purchase a Whole Health Massage earn points.

Do my points expire? Will they expire after a period of inactivity?
Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned, do not rollover and will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Can I share my points?
No. Points earned may not be shared or combined with other customers.

What if I return a retail purchase, will I get my points back?
No. Points earned will be forfeited in the event that an eligible purchase is returned for a refund so please be sure of your purchase when using your points.

Will there be special bonus points days?
Yes. Throughout the year we will run special days where you can earn 2x points as well as other special promotions.

Terms and Conditions

The Relaxation Works Gratitude Points program (“Program”) is designed to help you get the most out of your experience with us. We reward you for doing the things you already do like getting your monthly massage or facial, buying gift cards or other products and services, referring friends and rebooking after your first service. 

When you register a customer account with Relaxation Works, you are automatically enrolled in the Program and agree to its Terms and Conditions below.

The following Gratitude Points Terms and Conditions (further referred to as “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. These Rewards Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any and all Program offers. 

Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein.

The Program entitles Relaxation Works customers to take advantage of certain Program Rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Relaxation Works in its sole discretion. 

Relaxation Works reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so please check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Relaxation Works may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward, without notice.

Rewards Points are automatically calculated and added to a client’s account profile and may not be shared. 

Rewards Points expire 12 months after purchase and do not roll over. Rewards Points are not refundable, transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. 

Employees do not earn Rewards Points.

Earning Relaxation Works Gratitude Points
Once you have registered your name, phone number and email address with us, you will automatically begin earning Rewards Points (“Points”) as follows:

• 100 Points for every dollar you spend with Relaxation Works for services, retail products, upgrades, even your monthly membership. Some exceptions apply, see below for more information. Points earned on monthly membership packages or prepaid series packages are awarded when the package is redeemed for a service.
• 5000 Points for every friend you refer to Relaxation Works. You must be a registered client with us and the friend must provide your name and phone number or email at their appointment in order for you to receive credit. You will be credited with the referral after your friend completes their first service at Relaxation Works.
• 1000 Points for re-booking after your first service
• 1000 Points for purchasing a gift card

Relaxation Works reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability, or notice to Customers, all or part of the Points’ value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. You can check your Rewards Points balance on your account page or by inquiring at the front desk..

Gratitude Points Redemption
Redeeming your Gratitude Points is simple! The following redemption levels apply:

Refunds & Returns
Rewards Points earned will be rescinded in the event that an eligible purchase is returned for a refund.

Rewards Conditions
Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable. Members are solely responsible for sales tax and gratuity. 

Exceptions to Earning Rewards Points
Gratuity and taxes do not earn Rewards Points.
Gift cards earn 1000 Points for purchase and do not earn 100 points for every dollar spent.

Termination
Relaxation Works may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward, without notice. Relaxation Works may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Customer’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
The laws of the State of Massachusetts shall govern these Rewards Terms and Conditions. Customer hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Massachusetts for all matters arising in connection with these Rewards Terms and Conditions or Customer’s participation in the Program.
