*Payment 

Full payment is due at the time of service. If you have an open L&I or PIP claim and are currently receiving massage therapy treatment, we will bill your insurance company on your behalf.  If payment is not made by insurance within 6 months (180 days of billed date) the patient is responsible for payment. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.

*Rates

Prices offered that are under the below prices are assumed a discount for payment at time of service.  If you are not paying for your session at the time of service you will be billed the standard rate. This includes all insurance claims and non-insurance claims.  Each billing is subject to $79 per hour massage therapy session.

60 Minute  Whole Health Massage $79

*No Show Policy

I respect your time and the time of my entire client base.  Appointments are considered a reservation thus making it very important that you provide a 24 hours notice or you will be charged 50% of your ORIGINAL appointment cost.   If you are using a gift certificate and you fail to give 24 hours notice or, you do not show up for your appointment, your gift certificate will be “charged’ 50% of the original session amount.  If you have a remaining balance on the gift certificate, it will be apply to your next session.  Not giving a 24 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment negatively impacts our clients well being. Our cancellation/no show policy is in line with other health care providers and like service professionals. *Refusal of Service

We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.  This includes but is not limited to the use of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate. As Licensed Massage Practitioners, we follow a strict code of ethics.    It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for ourselves and each one of our clients.
