In this class you will learn to make bath bombs from scratch. Using all natural ingredients like herbs and essential oils. You will go home with your bath bombs that you make.
Increase Balance for Better Health: Balancing asanas (postures) in yoga are some of the most challenging and difficult, but also the most rewarding. It takes focus of the mind and body, all while breathing and relaxing. Join Julie for a workshop to challenge and strengthen your physical balance and mental focus. Balance is needed to get your body to its optimum level, where it functions at its highest performance. At this level, your body doesn’t have to borrow strength from other parts of the body, which can cause stress or injury. Improve your balance and you’ll also improve flexibility, muscular control, and body awareness. Off the mat, improved balance will encourage proper posture, which goes hand in hand with receiving massage therapy and acupuncture treatments for pain management. This class will help you learn yoga poses to do at home and also how to adjust your poses in class.
