Massage Therapist Referral Policy
Relaxation Works values your referrals! If you know a licensed massage therapist who would be a great addition to our team, refer them to us. As a token of our appreciation, you’ll receive a $250 account credit to use toward services or shopping in our spa boutique once the following conditions are met:
- Eligibility:
- The referred individual must be a MA licensed massage therapist and meet all qualifications for the position.
- They must successfully complete our hiring and onboarding process.
- Credit Issuance:
- The $250 account credit will be issued 60 days after the new hire’s start date, provided the individual remains actively employed at Relaxation Works at that time.
- Up to 4 $250 credits can be issued to each individual.
- Account Credit Usage:
- Credits can be used toward any service or product purchase in our spa boutique.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits can not be used to purchase gift certificates, packages or discounted services.
- Referral credits can not be transferred to another individual.
- Expiration:
- Credits expire 12 months from the issue date (starting after the 60-day mark).
- Referral Submission:
- To submit a referral, Send the referral our way or provide the candidate’s name and contact phone to management before they apply. Ensure the candidate mentions your referral when contacting us. Text or call the spa at 774-226-8946.
