Welcome to Monthly Meditation!
Each month will have a different theme and is a perfect blend of guided meditation, affirmations, and silent solo practice. Whether you are brand new to meditation or a seasoned veteran, we’re offering a relaxing environment for you to begin or continue your personal meditation journey. If you need help quieting your mind, we can offer tips and tricks or if you’re looking for new techniques to help you transcend–we’ve got those too.
Join us every 2nd Thursday of the month from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a cushion to sit on, and anything else that will help you in your practice.
