We just added 5 new yoga classes weekly, amazing one of a kind yoga and Reiki workshop as well as healthy for you classes.

Here is the run down of all the goodies we have in store for you!

Weekly Yoga Classes

Monday
5pm – Hatha Yoga
7pm – Yoga For Chronic Pain

Tuesday
9am – Hatha Yoga

Thursday 
5pm – Hatha Yoga
7pm Restorative Yoga (1st & 3rd)

Saturday
9am – Yoga On The River (Indoors when too cold)
9am – Hatha Yoga (Starting November 14th)

Ever wonder what the Green Smoothie revolution is all about?  Join Kristen as she takes you through 3 recipes, all yummy and good for you.  No artificial sweeteners needed here!  Did you know that all green smoothies are not green! Come and enjoy a 90 minute zenful experience with this adults coloring class in an relaxing, stress free environment.  Improve your concentration, increase creativity and be with others just like you that want to zen out! Coloring  supplies will be provided with light refreshments. Register Here.

Sunday  11/15/15 3pm-4:30pm $20
Guided meditation to help reduce the stress of the holiday hustle and bustle. Learn key breathing and visualization techniques. All levels, no experience necessary.

Yoga Descriptions

Yoga For Chronic Pain: Monday 7pm-8:30pm

This class incorporated a chair for those that suffer from chronic pain.  Receive relief on a deeper level. The class consists of supported postures by use of a chair as well as floor postures. Yoga for Chronic Pain is designed to help relax, stretch, relieve pain, calm the mind and promote healing from within.

Restorative Yoga: 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month 7pm-9pm

It’s like going back into the womb!  Bring your pillow, mats, & blankets.
Connect on a deeper level and allow your body to heal, balance, repair, renew, rebuild, sleep and restore! This class sells out fast, only 8 spots available.

Yoga On The River: Every 2nd and 4th Saturday 9am-10:30am (Until October 24th, weather permitting)

Join us for Saturday morning yoga w/ Julie outside behind our wellness center overlooking the River. Bring your mat. For all yoga levels.

Hatha Yoga

MORNING & NIGHT CLASSES
Monday 5-6:30pm
Tuesday 9-10:30am
Thursday 5-6:30pm.
$10 drop in / $8 for members
Hatha yoga is a total health system that balances the body, mind, and spirit. Each class will include postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to help promote healing from within. This class works well for all levels. No Yoga experience required.

Prenatal Yoga: 2nd and 4th Saturday at 9am. (Starting 11/14)

Prenatal Yoga is a designed to build strength and flexibility, reduce stress and tension, increase energy, and improve overall relaxation. A variety of breathing techniques are also used to promote calmness and focus to help reduce the shortness of breath that can occur during pregnancy. These techniques are often used to help ease labor and delivery. Prenatal Yoga can be practice throughout an entire pregnancy.
